A4 Newsletter is the official student council-run publication of the UP College of Architecture (Arki) “responsible in giving voice to the students of Arki.”

Despite plans by the Arki Student Council (ASC) to revive the publication for academic year 2025-2026 as mentioned in UJP-UP’s 2025 report,  the newsletter remains inactive. 

The last event covered by the newsletter on their X account was the student demonstration at the 5th President’s Toast of then-UP President Alfredo Pascual in February 2017.

According to Anne Maghanoy, the Vice Chairperson for External Affairs of the ASC, they are unable to maintain the newsletter due to a “lack of manpower” and resources. Currently, there are no efforts in place to revive the publication. 

UP Guilder Institute is the student publication of the College of Business Administration. 

It has been inactive since 2019 after no one assumed an editorial position, according to the Union’s 2025 report.

Its last coverage was on the 2019 university and college student elections and the 2019 State of the Nation Address (SONA). 

UJP-UP sent an interview request for any updates to the publication but received no response as of press time.
